Veterinary surgeons carry out the puppy, kitten and baby rabbit vaccination courses. During the visit, the vet will carry out a full clinical examination and discuss everything you need to know when you first bring your new puppy, kitten or rabbit home. At the second vaccination you have a full fifteen minute appointment to discuss all the issues that might arise in the first few weeks of pet ownership. The receptionist will discuss your visit with you and ensure that you have all the information you need on all the important things like feeding, parasite control, neutering, basic training and insurance. With the new vaccines that we stock, puppies can now finish their vaccination courses at 10 weeks and so be going out at 11 weeks of age. Puppies can start their vaccinations from 7 weeks, kittens from 9 weeks and rabbits from 8 weeks, so book an appointment to have your new addition checked as soon as you get him or her home.
