You can contact our reception desk for Accident and Emergencies 24 hours a day seven days a week; however, routine phone enquiries are most easily dealt with between 8.00am and 6.00pm.

If your animal is hospitalised at Croft you will have been given the name and number of the Link Nurse. Normal working hours for the designated Link Nurse are 8.00 – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. You will not be able to speak to the Link Nurse outside her normal working hours, but the Kennel Nurse will be briefed and will be able to keep you informed.

Kennel Nurses at Croft work around the clock. However preferred times to call are between 7.00am and 10.00pm.
